You can apply for a refund of up to 70% of your examination registration fee (to cover the costs of administration), if your request falls inline with our Refund Policy and Procedure.
Refund claims must be made within one calendar month following the date of the examination by completing the appropriate refund request form. The refund will then be processed within 30 working days of the request being received and the fee will be refunded to the original payment method.
