British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS) - the Chartered Society for Worker Health Protection – is a leading authority in worker health protection and occupational disease prevention in the UK.
Founded in 1953 BOHS provides information, expertise and guidance in the recognition, control and management of workplace health risks and was awarded its Royal Charter in April 2013.
A science-based charitable body and professional society, BOHS represent qualified occupational hygienists in the UK. Occupational hygienist roles aim to protect people from workplace health risks with a focus on prevention, intersecting with the aim of occupational health and safety to manage the health of workers.

- 12-month free membership for all students, which includes copies of Exposure, the professional magazine of the society, and free access to the Annals of Work Exposures and Health, the BOHS’s world-renowned scientific and research journal
