‘Live chat’ with us

Visitors to the NEBOSH website may have noticed that we’ve recently launched a ‘live chat’ feature.

Operating during our normal hours, you can now talk to our Customer Enquiry Team online in real time, making it even easier to get answers to your questions.

If all lines are busy the live chat option will be temporarily unavailable, but it will automatically load on the page when a member of the team is free to take your query - no need to refresh the page!

This will help us to deliver better even customer service to the people who want to study and work with us.
