Safety Groups UK – a fellow charity – is an umbrella organisation that supports a national network of approximately 70 health and safety groups. By uniting local groups, Safety Groups UK brings together experts from across the United Kingdom to promote knowledge and awareness of health and safety risks and how to manage them.

Pete joins the Management Advisory Committee which shares perspectives and supports initiatives through local groups. As a former health and safety professional, education expert and Chartered member of IOSH, Pete has a range of skills and experience to share with the Committee and wider safety group network.

Pete says: “I am delighted to represent NEBOSH on the Safety Groups UK Management Advisory Committee. There are many great health and safety groups around the UK; by supporting them I’ll be able to ‘give something back’ to the world of health and safety.”
